Apply normalization factors to spectra

Usage

normalizeByFactor(spec, factors)

Arguments

spec

List of MALDIquant::MassSpectrum or MALDIquant::MassPeaks

factors

Numeric vector of normalization factors. See getNormFactors().

Value

        List of normalized Spectra or Peaks
